Sports + Individual Programs

An exercise program tailored for the individual or sports team. These programs are built using the concept of flow training (challenging and enjoyable). Sport team programs are made on a contract basis. The theme is simple; reduce chance of injury and then improve performance. All program’s requires a different approach, depending on the sport, the individual and most importantly, the goal. It is best to have a sit down so we can establish what we want from each other. Appointments can be made to discuss what goals you or your team have. I can explain what I can offer and what I will need from the team or individual in return. Whether we agree to a program or not, you will not be charged for the appointment.

  • Total Movement (walk-ins) - €12

    Full week of classes for €25

  • Pre-Booked Evening Course - €500

    6 week pre-booked course (numbers limited)

  • Team / Individual Programs - POA
