An exercise program tailored for the individual or sports team. These programs are built using the concept of flow training (challenging and enjoyable). Sport team programs are made on a contract basis. The theme is simple; reduce chance of injury and then improve performance. All program’s requires a different approach, depending on the sport, the individual and most importantly, the goal. It is best to have a sit down so we can establish what we want from each other. Appointments can be made to discuss what goals you or your team have. I can explain what I can offer and what I will need from the team or individual in return. Whether we agree to a program or not, you will not be charged for the appointment.
